My Orders
When will you send out my order?
Usually orders will be sent within the processing period. The order will be cancelled automatically if the manufacturer doesn't send goods during this time. Normally your money will be received in a maximum of 20 days after cancellation (this also depends on your banks returns policy)

When is the processing period?
The processing period can be from 3-5 business days. We are committed to processing your orders the same business day or the next business day after your order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons and weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to process and ship orders from our manufacturer.
Can I change order details such as size, shipping etc.?
Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully.
If you want to change anything about your order, you can try the following:
1. Send an email to contact@khindlove.com to cancel your order. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.
2. If your order has not been shipped out yet, you can contact Khindlove to change the order details for you. You will receive confirmation of the changed order

Do you ship to my location?
With the aim of bringing Africa to the world, we provide global shipping to most countries. At check out, simply input your desired location and shipping costs will be automatically calculated. Please double check with your countries custom and duty charges as some may apply and you will be responsible for paying for those additional fees.
How long will it take you to ship out my order?

We rely mostly on DHL and Fedx and USPS for shipping allowing you to track your order and receive updates.
