How We're Responding to COVID-19
As the COVID-19 crisis evolves, we know that it is top of mind for our customers. At Khindlove, our philosophy as a business is to approach this situation with empathy and kindness. As everyone navigates and figures out what is the best way forward, Khindlove's top priority is the health and safety of our team and that of our customers.
We are monitoring this situation daily, and, as we do with any unusual event, we will continue to watch what’s happening locally and adjust our business operations and policies as needed, following all guidelines. Here at Khindlove as an e-commerce business, we are working diligently to mitigate any risk factors for product distribution and delivery. Abiding by the CDC guidelines we continue to implement and update as necessary a plan that:
- Is specific to our remote workspace,
- Identifies all areas and job tasks with potential exposures to COVID-19, and
- Includes control measures to eliminate or reduce such exposures.
